Terms & Conditions

By accessing, connecting to, or using the BoxRealm Minecraft server (the "Server") and/or the BoxRealm online store (the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Server or Store.

These Terms apply to all users of the Server and Store, including players, visitors, and customers. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must own a legitimate Minecraft account (Java or Bedrock Edition) to access the Server. By using the Store, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age, or that you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent to make purchases.

Player Responsibility

All players are expected to follow the Server rules at all times. The Server rules may be viewed in-game, on our Rules page, or in our Discord. Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans from the Server, at the sole discretion of the BoxRealm staff.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using hacked clients, mods, or exploits that provide an unfair advantage
• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of toxic behavior
• Spamming, advertising, or promoting other servers or services
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Impersonating staff members or other players
• Sharing, trading, or selling accounts
• Engaging in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or currency outside the official Store

Appeals

Players who have been punished have the right to appeal their punishment. Appeals may be submitted through our official Discord ticket system or other designated channels.

Merchant of Record

All purchases made through the BoxRealm Store are processed by Tebex Limited (www.tebex.io), who acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to Tebex's Terms of Service, available at https://checkout.tebex.io/terms.

Digital Products

All products sold on the Store are digital items, including but not limited to in-game items, in-game currency, ranks, subscriptions, and other virtual goods. These digital products are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of BoxRealm.

Delivery

Purchased items are typically delivered automatically to your in-game account upon completion of payment.

Refund Policy

Since all products are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided. Refund requests may be submitted through Tebex Support. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us or Tebex may result in a permanent ban.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Store at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices, modify, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Virtual items and in-game currency purchased through the Store have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reset virtual items at any time. In the event of a server-wide reset, no refunds will be issued.

The Server and Store are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BoxRealm makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of the Server or Store. We are not liable for loss of in-game progress, downtime, or actions taken by other players.

All custom content on the Server, including builds, plugins, configurations, game modes, artwork, and branding, is the intellectual property of BoxRealm. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any of this content without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any player from the Server and/or Store at our sole discretion. Banned players are not entitled to refunds for any purchases made prior to the ban.

BoxRealm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
